Please do yourself a favour and when you’re buying or selling a house contract Heather-Anne. My experience is buying with her. From the beginning she sent very well catered postings with all the info I needed. I told her I wasn’t even sure I was planning on buying this year and she was still willing to help. So much good insight for first time home buyers. Told us when she figured a house was a good or bad price.
