I've been seeing Dr. Bass for 4 years now. She is attentive and thorough. I would definitely recommend her for a primary care physician.

Always takes time to listen to patient & works with you to formulate a treatment plan. Have been a patient of hers for over 10 years and she has always been kind, respectful & caring.
As mentioned by others. Horrible front office staff with no customer service. I called because I was running late (due traffic), they said to continue but when I arrived 15 minutes late, they forced me to reschedule almost a month later. I can’t count the # of times she was late / had to wait on her and her staff. Wasted 2 hours of my day. Got recommendations from friends and got in with another dr’s office next week. Not 4 weeks from now!
Not enough space to go into the issue. After having Dr Bass as my wife's primary Doctor for some time, she will not be returning to her nor will she recommend her. My primary care Doctor is in the same practice and I am having second thoughts about returning now.
If you are busy, she is not for you. Due to bad traffic, I was 8 minutes late for an appointment that took me an hour to get to. I was also her last patient of the day. She made me reschedule, because that is her policy. I was required to take another hour of my time on a different date to see her, costing me two hours to have an appointment. She apparently believes that her 8 minutes are more important that my two hours. I now go to Bent Tree Family Physicians. They are Awesome!!
Dr. Heather Bass is the best doctor I have EVER had. She is warm, caring and really cares about you as a person. She comes up with a plan of action for your care and follows through with it. She also helps to keep you on tract with your meds. She even gives me a hug when I see her. She is very accessible through email and their new MyBSWHealth app is fantastic. They have you sign up in the office and they update it with test results, meds you're taking, appt reminders and emails.
Dr Bass and her office is very unprofessional in approaching clients at the first time, well I had too many issues in setting up the first appointment to getting the emails out to them for my paperwork and it never reached them and they asked me to rescheduled since doctor didn't want to wait on me until I fill up my paper work and there were already 3 patients waiting in the room, not sure where the problem was, Anyways she lost me and my family. She is not the last PCP on earth.
