Heather set us up for success meeting with us multiple times before listing our home. We made small updates based on her recommendations to get our condo at peak re-sale value. When the time came, we were able to sell our home for more than we expected prior to her consultation and after being on the market for one weekend, we had double digit visits and 2 offers - one full price and one over asking.
