I am extremely heartbroken learning of the passing of my favorite doctor. I have seen many doctors over the years with my ailments, and never felt as comfortable as I did with Dr. Anderson. I have seen her for approximately the last five years and referred all of my family members and friends to her as well. Unfortunately, some were not able to become patients because word about how great she was got around quickly and she was unable to take new patients. I was able to open up with her like I never have been able to with any... read more
I am deeply saddened by hearing her passing away today from her office. She was a very compassionate and caring doctor. She was truly taking time to listen and care for her patients. Dr. Anderson was my husband's doctor as well. She called me when she found out my husband passed and spoke with me about 45 minutes. God give comfort and peace to her family and patients including me :(
I am very saddened by the news of Dr Anderson’s untimely passing. She was my primary care physician and a great doctor. She was caring and emphatic. After my dad’s passing she checked on me if I was doing okay or not. I will miss her!
She was a fantastic Dr who empathized with my ailments and always helped me to take the proper medical steps. I miss her!!
Dr Anderson was highly recommended by a family member and she is very nice but I was disappointed in her care. She is really nice and pleasant but basically acts as a glorified triage nurse - she really doesn't do much except refer the patient to other specialists, even for simple things like skin checks and prescriptions to help with sleep. Don't call her if you're sick either - she will just tell you to go to the emergency room. The moniker Dr Dolittle would be appropriate.
Heather is a great primary care physician. She sees my family of 4 and ALWAYS seems like she has plenty of time to talk through whatever is going on. She is thorough and listens to what you say. My previous primary care Dr. seemed he had a agenda he wanted to cover each time. Her staff is quite nice. She makes it easy to be honest with her about your medical care. I or any member of my family has never had anything less than a 5 star experience at her office or with her.
Great doctor and very personable. Speaks to you as a person and not just another patient.
Dr. Anderson is very professional, efficient, and cares a lot about the well being of her patients. I have never had to wait when I arrived for more than 10 minutes, if that! She returns communications in a timely manner.
Dr. Anderson established an open and easy communication - never felt rushed, even when I knew I was taking more of her time than I should. She was clearly interested in my well-being and committed to finding a resolution to a long-standing difficulty.
