Amazing staff and excellent experience!
I visited Theriault Chiropractic more than two years back, and staff explicitly told me my visits were covered by insurance-which they weren't. After realizing their error, they casually assured me, not to worry about it, implying no further action needed. Today after two years not hearing from them I got a notice of a 500+ dollar bill, with threats to drag me to collections. Utterly unprofessional and deceptive.
This was my first time coming here and Jen was AMAZING she really made sure I was comfortable and really made the massage feel like me time a perfect way to relax. She worked out my knots and aches with grace painlessly. I recommend her to anyone looking for a massage therapist that truly cares about the craft and how you feel with your body
First time getting a massage and I'm 56. I couldn't have asked for a more friendly, knowledgeable and professional experience.
Dr. Theriault is amazing, as are her staff!! They always get me in when I need and always focus on my needs.
