In my 20 plus years of being sick, I was never treated worse. I asked her for pain killers that I really needed. She refused. So I left. A couple of days later, I got a certified letter saying she dropped me. This was after she called the cops on me. Also, my dad had a brain tumor. Instead of working with him to find it, she just dropped him. HEATHER HAYNES IS A TERRIBLE DOCTOR.
Dr. Haynes is one awesome Dr. very through and has a great personality. Most of all she really cares for her patients.
Dr. Haynes is very thorough and listens to all of your questions and concerns. The staff is always nice and friendly. The time it takes to wait in the office and exam room is sometimes frustrating. The patient doctor experience is worth the wait time.
