Second wireless door chime I've purchased from Lowes that has failed. Most recent purchase was just a few months back and this unit probably only "chimed" less than 5 times before evidently permanently failing. Indoor chime unit was placed less than 10 feet away and in direct line of sight from push button. D-cell batteries were replaced. But still no luck.
Model number WL-104A wireless doorbell. Stopped working while under warranty. Company policy requires you to ship item back if you don't have a receipt. The cost to ship is just not worth it. Poor product and very poor Customer Service. The customer service rep advised me she keeps a receipt for everything. No joke
I have 4 Model SH-5597 motion sensor lights from this company - 2 of which have gone thru lightbulbs like nobody's business!! Their website is NOT Working! I will try and get ahold of them by phone tomorrow. ALL the lights were bought at Home Depot on 3/9/2013 - Unbelievable! Will NOT buy product from this company any more.
