After paying and wasting my time with Stephanie K 4 times to get it right. Giving her plenty of time to get to know my hair and how it takes color eventually she would get it right. Nope, never. Zero stars for color comprehension and zero stars for not listening to what the client wants. Always overpriced and always runs late.
