I have found Dr. Heath’s office staff and himself to be very conscientious and conservative. Never have they overcharged or have we had any issues with insurance and billing. He repaired a tooth very nicely that had been damaged and it has been a very positive experience to me. He also has been kind and gentle in his care of my elderly mother. She brags on him to anyone looking or discussing dental care. We are so happy with our care with Chad Heath Dentistry.
I was told that my insurance was going to pay the remaining $20 on my account. I get a text months later stating they were sending me to collections if I didn’t make payment that day. How was I supposed to know insurance didn’t pay out? So over $20, his office lost a patent for life that I’ve already spent thousands of dollars already. This is a sad day. That was not a way to treat a patient.
We have gone to them for 3 years. Every single time we were there the Dentist would say our teeth look perfect. My daughter had a massive hole in her tooth for all 3 years. They kept saying it was fine. The very last visit they said it’s too bad for them to even work on her. They let it get that out of hand. To top it off she has another major cavity they never filled. We have known many others who said he just won’t fill their cavities.
Ive never had a better visit to the dentist. This place excels at customer service.
