Timely and proficient eye care.
Everybody is called up with a courtesy title, I was called by my first name by 2 different girls, I end up in Heath’s office- did not say a word, just pointed his finger to the chair to be seated in. At the end, took the file to the receptionist in my presence, did not bother to say thank you nor goodbye. The receptionist announced that the whole following year was booked solid and I left without a reservation for the following year.
