Klaus was very helpful and knowledgeable and really helped us out when our unit failed. We filed a claim through American Home Shield and the process was very easy with Klaus.
Klaus worked overtime to solve a problem that numerous other companies could not fix. He troubleshooted until he found two issues and ordered new parts that day. Thank you for being willing to go the extra mile to get our hot water running again!
Very Unprofessional
I recently used Heath Electric Co. via my contract with American Home Shield. They were professional in the installation and took the time to explain what to expect. In addition, they also took the initiative in communicating with AHS several times so I could have hot water. No doubt- I would use this company again and also recommend them!
I think people who are leaving bad reviews are the ones who got messed up through the home warranty scheduling process. Nothing to to with the service provider. My experience with this company has been amazing. Took me some time to get someone out (not Heath Electrical fault). Once the person was out here, he knew exactly what was going on and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Honestly, I can't recommend them enough.
