Incredibly dangerous store for your wallet. Everything they sell is beautifully designed and expertly crafted. Service is also consistently friendly and helpful.

I used to live in SF and was a Heath regular. Made a point to stop by and had a great experience. The store still looks incredible, but the staff, his name was James, could not have been more helpful taking me around the store and talking about the shop. Picked up a small vase, some travel guides and overall was great to see Heath still providing great customer service.

Fun ceramic products! Unfortunately a store associate maintaned a condescending attitude when explaining how to dispose of our recyclable cups (whereas a simple "the bin is over there" would have done).

Cute store. However, had an unfortunate experience with a sales associate mansplaining how to recycle (not entirely sure why it was brought up). For how condescending the attitude was, it’s ironic the process was explained incorrectly!

Had an incredibly disappointing experience shopping at heath ceramics today. I love heath and have purchased tons of bowls and plates from them over the years. Today, a tall employee in a long skirt and a short haircut kept following me around the store while I tried to shop and check out their new collection. She asked me if I needed help, which is part of her job and not the problem. The problem is that she circled back around and asked me a second time 5 minutes later.
