When purchasing tires and having alignment, they broke a piece and kept my car for 4 days then charged me an extra almost $300 on Top of tires and cost of alignment... Then since I bought tires there they do free rotation, but not an your convenience... Sd would have to make appointment and it would be 3 days at earliest..of course during hours that I am working. Never will purchase or recommend them

Great customer service! Went in with a coupon, got the service, coupon was a misprint, but once they read it they honored it! I'll definitely get my next set of tires here.
Have used this place and never again. They will rip you a new one. Did sorry work n tried to make my wife pay for it. Thank goodness I know about cars if not we would pay for a lot of their.............. all I am going to say.

Word of advice for anyone that needs tires or has tires they need put on do not go to tire pros (Heath automotive) in Winchester.. they have zero respect and care, scratched my $4000 wheels up and then they deny it and refuse to do anything about it as the car sit there straight out of the shop lmao it's one pathetic place.. Find anywhere else but there
