This week first time used service of HeatEx. I called late in the evening on Tuesday and asked a technician to come to fix our furnace. Selina, customer representative, found a technician who came first thing in the morning on Wed. I did not expect that it would be so fast! Tony, a technican, who came to fix the furnace was a very professional. Furnace was fixed very quickly. I am very expressed by the service of this company. Will use them in case of need.
