Superb Adam was prompt and professional. Losing our AC in the middle of summer with a toddler in the house was scary. Adam acted quickly and diagnosed and took care of the problem faster that I ever could have hoped. He arrived and had the problem fixed before most companies could have even scheduled a service call. I highly recommend Adam!
Mr Adam came when requested on an emergency call - but he was not successful fixing the problem with our multi - cycle Heat Pump. His replacement of a thermostat caused moisture to buildup in the house instead of being drawn out of the house - which resulted in a significant mold problem which took weeks to resolve. Great service Adam was great! Professional, courteous and reasonably priced. Last year, a different company wanted to charge us over $1,200 for a part to fix our system. We called Heat Wave for a second opinion and on the spot, Adam called the manufacturer and found that the part was still under warranty for about another week. We've set a yearly general maintenance contract since. Highly recommend Heat Wave.

A/C INSTALLMENT Excellent Service!! I liked the online booking for an appt. So convienent and Adam being very prompt. Adam had looked at my A/C unit and determined that we needed a new Unit. Adam had made every effort to make sure he could get the Unit hooked up and running that same day. Heat Wave Sunday Service Exceptional Online scheduling worked superbly, especially on a Sunday morning with no AC, Tech called thirty minutes prior to scheduled time (11:00) as promised, Work done efficiently and completely. Up and running by 11:30. Cooled down by 1:00p.Sunday premium was fair. My usual HVAC contractor did not respond to my voicemail until many hours later.
Quick and quality service! I've called Adam three times over the past 3 years about an older A/C unit at a condo. Each time, he was very professional, courteous, friendly and honest plus fixed the problem quickly. He first replaced a 24v contactor to get the fan moving again back in 2011. Fantastic company A fast and HONEST AC/Heating repair company! I called after 9pm and got a real person, set up an appointment the next day. Fixed my elderly AC unit for MUCH less than I had even hoped for and did not try to con or up sell me on anything. Adam is great, professional and knowledgeable. Will totally re use these guys!
