This review is of course about the company, but more specifically it’s about our technical Earl. I really don’t know where to start! We’ve been plagued by HVAC issues in the home we rent for 2 years now. We’ve been through a toxic cycle of putting in service requests with our property management company just hoping for some relief from the heat in the summer and cold in the winter. Not enough words to explain the quality of work. 100% attention to detail, techs were on point respectful and informative. The job at hand was not an easy task removing a unit 16 ft. In the ceiling and working around the customers. What was impressive the next morning the tech showed up not a phone call and double checked the unit, etc. to make sure everything was working correctly. It’s hard to find this type of quality these days we will continue to use and I highly recommended to our corporate office
