We have a 2-year-old home with a relatively complex HVAC system controlled by a home-automation system. It has 9 temperature zones, twin boilers, in-floor heating, 3 air handlers, 3 humidifiers, dehumidification, and heat recovery. The mechanical contractor was unable to resolve many issues during our first year of occupancy.
