I love everything about Heat Pumps Unlimited (HPU) from the office and support staff to the capable service technicians. I have been using them for a few years now. HPU came to the rescue when my heating system up and quit in early December 2024 (of all times right?). They quickly put a proposal together that was reasonable and worked with MassSave to ensure I was rebated everything I qualified for. Service has been good over past few years. No complaints.
Very helpful company. They have come out twice and both times it has been operator error. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job. Recommend very highly!
