By far the best options for anything heat pump related. Overall great experience and top-notch customer service. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for heat pump installation or service.
I had a terrible experience with HeatPumps, had them come out and told them I had a leak that a buddy of mine who works in the field detected and they came and said I didn’t and then had me put refrigerant in that wasn’t going to hold. It didn’t hold, had them come back just to tell me I had a leak and they didn’t schedule enough time to fix it nor tell me where the leak was and charge me another $150 just to tell me what I had already told them. I love everything about Heat Pumps Unlimited (HPU) from the office and support staff to the capable service technicians. I have been using them for a few years now. HPU came to the rescue when my heating system up and quit in early December 2024 (of all times right?). They quickly put a proposal together that was reasonable and worked with MassSave to ensure I was rebated everything I qualified for.
