I was looking to replace my current heat pump. My neighbor recommended Darrin as an honest and reasonable priced person to contact. I called on a Saturday and Darrin came out the same day to evaluate and suggested a replacement that met my requirements. Within a few days, Darrin and his associate Ashton were out to install my new heat pump. So far everything is working fine. Tidewater customer. Ashton is our service Tech, and he’s great. Friendly, kind, attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Ashton gives us great advice and suggestions. We look forward to our bi-annual check in — knowing our unit is in great hands, secure feeling that if anything happens, these guys have our back.

If I could give this company a 10 I would. We'd come home late from an outing on a very hot Saturday to find our system was not running. They sent a very professional technician to our home the very next morning. Unfortunately, something we had anticipated, the old system was shot. Heat Pumps Plus had a new system installed two days later at a very reasonable price. Friendly customer service, professional with a quick response. We've already referred some friends.

My central air wasn't working at all, called Heat Pumps Plus, a neighbor of mine had highly recommended them. They were able to come the next morning and I got a call letting me know the repairman was on his way. When he showed up he was very friendly and quickly found the problem, two wires on the fan outside had become worn and grounded each other out.
