I’ve been coming here since the age of about 15. I am now 28 years old. The HEAT program is the best place to go to for any of your gender dysphoria or hormonal. Therapy needs they go above and beyond to help their patients in anyway that they can even when you’re having an issue with your insurance, they will help you get to the bottom of it.
We visit the MDA clinic here. We are always greeted kindly. The receptionist is always friendly and gracious. The doctors are great, but the most underrated understanding doctor here is Dr. Yaacov Anziska. He has treated my granddaughter since she was 2 yrs old. And even when she didn’t want to be touched, he would always move away and do his exam from his desk allowing me to assist. He answers every question and email.
