Heat Flo is a less than superior product. They will not honor a homeowner warranty. I have called several times regarding a leaking hot water heater. I was advised to replace drains and valves at my own expense before they would move forward. I drained the tank, made sure all fitting were installed as per specs and replaced equipment. The hot water heater continued to leak and make a mess of my home. I replaced the hot water heater and now they will not honor the warranty.
