I recently purchased a home in Thornton, CO and allegedly Heat Exchange performed a service on the home during the contract process. According to the receipt provided, they cleaned, serviced, and certified the furnace as well as replaced 2 broken parts. The first day I get the keys to the house - I see the furnace filter is in upside down, which is really interesting because it was also upside down when we had our inspection done. This is a small and busy company and sometimes takes a day or two to get back to me, but they are honest, efficient, helpful and great to work with. Art goes above and beyond. I’ve been using them for more than 10 years and will keep doing so.
My HOA hired this company about 14 days to fix my AC unit. I've been ignored by this company for two weeks now and the work has not been done. If I could give 0 stars I would.
