I took my BMW and was extremely satisfied how the car came out, it looks brand new. I received phone calls regarding the status of my repairs. They have great customer service and I highly recommend this body shop to whoever needs body work done on their car. My car was ready on time, came out looking brand new and clean. My experience with Heat Collision was AWESOME. I definitely would recommend all my family and friends to go check them out if they ever need any repair on their vehicles. They were prompt and followed up with me when they had an update on my car. Everyone was super friendly and I would do it all over again if I had to. These people are professional and their quality of work is phenomenal. I am very pleased!

HEAT COLLISION ROCKS! I came in to get an estimate to repair my damages. They made me feel right at home. It was already a devastating time due to the accident but they helped me get everything in order and made this process one of the easiest ever. My car came out perfect and they even washed and shined it before I picked it up. I would recommend them to anyone who needs car repair. I am forever grateful for Heat Collision!!!!!!!!

I am completely satisfied with the service at Heat Collision. I had an accident and a friend told me about the shop and referred me. I was promised my car would be ready in 2 weeks. It has been over 7. I had to extend my lease agreement. My rental insurance ended over 2 weeks ago. The owner has yet to return my calls. The front desk & account manager both said they have no idea when the back ordered part will be coming in. Not sure where this will end. I will call again today! Do yourself a favor go with a company your insurance approves!

5 STARS!!!!! My friend recommended me to Heat Collision after he heard that my brand new car was damaged by a valet service, so I called and spoke to the receptionist who was so nice and told me to bring in my car that day. I took my car there at 5 on a Monday, sat with their claim specialist, who was awesome by the way, they set up my claim, had Enterprise drop me off a rental, kept me up with updates all week and by Friday I was able to pick up my car! Five star service, everyone was really great and nice, service was very efficient and my car was repaired in a matter of days after the accident , As well as the pricing they are very reasonable thanks once again , I will be back in the future :)

GREAT! Everyone there was really nice and efficient! I called them after midnight from an accident and they ANSWERED, sent a tow truck and within 2 weeks I got my car back!
