Gypsy brings the energy but also brings well-designed workouts that include a bit of coordination and hit those lesser-used muscles. She made exactly the kind of workout I am too lazy to design myself but wish I did. Fun and challenging without simply adding intensity.

3/2026 Update: Another great year of HEAT workouts and community. Good mix of new equipment and new coaches have provided an interesting variety to already great workouts. Absolutely fantastic workout with a great crew of people. Everyone is so welcoming and nice. Instructors will kick your butt in the best way. Always leave feeling like I got a great workout in. Love the low lights too!!
