Absolutely fantastic workout with a great crew of people. Everyone is so welcoming and nice. Instructors will kick your butt in the best way. Always leave feeling like I got a great workout in. Love the low lights too!!

After moving to Austin, I spent almost 2 years trying to find the best fit for me, between ClassPass, running, classic gym workouts, etc. Once I found and committed to HEAT, I knew it would be the routine that sticks!
