We have been so impressed with Heat Beaters! Nicole got us scheduled same day and they came out within 2 hours, diagnosed the issue right away, and fixed it on the spot. Matt was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. Everything was handled efficiently and got our ac working. We highly recommend them to anyone needing AC service—you won’t be disappointed!
Heat beater did a fantastic job. Their response time was stellar! Matt got The process started Travis and Cody finished everything (complete HVAC system) up and we have air conditioning again. Thanks for the hard work in 90° weather with the heat index of 109! I highly recommend them!

Joe and Travis, the technicians who did some preventative maintenance on my AC unit today were on time, courteous, and professional. They were both very personable and made some recommendations, but not pushy or upselling at all. I'm super happy with the timeliness of their service and couldn't ask for a better company to work on this much needed comfort item, especially here in Florida! AC went down on Thursday. Called our original installation company and was told they couldn’t come out for a service call until Tuesday. Called Heat Beaters and they worked me into their schedule for Friday. I had the entire unit replaced new with an installation day on Tuesday. They came when scheduled replacing the unit. Absolutely nothing left on floor and old unit taken. Wouldn’t have even known they were here. Highly recommend Heat Beaters for ALL your HVAC needs. G.E. Wright
