Joe was fantastic. Really nice guy and easy to talk to. Seemed super knowledgeable. Had a horrific experience with another HVAC contractor and wanted Heat Beaters to come out and double check everything. They helped put my mind at ease. I will exclusively use them going forward. Highly recommend.

We have been so impressed with Heat Beaters! Nicole got us scheduled same day and they came out within 2 hours, diagnosed the issue right away, and fixed it on the spot. Matt was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. Everything was handled efficiently and got our ac working. We highly recommend them to anyone needing AC service—you won’t be disappointed!

Heat Beaters did an outstanding job. They came out the same day, replaced the fan, and offered additional information to ensure the longevity of our A/C unit. They were very responsive and provided excellent customer service. We will definitely use them for any future needs. Highly recommend!

Joe and Travis, the technicians who did some preventative maintenance on my AC unit today were on time, courteous, and professional. They were both very personable and made some recommendations, but not pushy or upselling at all. I'm super happy with the timeliness of their service and couldn't ask for a better company to work on this much needed comfort item, especially here in Florida! Looking forward to continuing this business relationship with Heat Beaters.
