Very professional crew. Family and I moved into a rental where the AC was tested. Tried to turn it on to find out there was a major leak in the system. The call was answered immediately and they sent out they're techs same day. Told us they'd have to order a new unit and replace it entirely. They went out of their way, came back and installed two window units to make the place livable for my pregnant wife, son and I. We are very grateful for the experience and professionalism of the crew. Highly recommend the service.

The AC stopped working at our tenants' condo, and they were leaving for vacation in 48 hours. Since they would be gone for two weeks, we needed it fixed as quickly as possible. I scheduled an appointment on Heat Beaters' website after business hours, which was super easy. Full transparency I didn't actually use this company service but I saw their truck on the road and that has got to be my very favorite branding for heating and cooling company. Well done to whomever is making creative decisions over a heat beaters which is also an amazing name

The technicians, Joe and Shane, were very professional and courteous at all times. They were focused and thorough. They were very considerate and answered all my questions with patience and specific details. Most of all, they seemed to really enjoy their job and worked very well together. Highly recommended!

My experience was great. The company is very efficient. Joe took the time to answer all my questions and explain the situation. I had to wait 5 weeks for a part from the manufacturer and Nicole stayed on top of chasing the part and keeping me informed along the way. I would highly recommend them.
