We were thrilled that Heat and Cool Solutions responded immediately to our call. Anna worked hard all day to get our new air conditioner up and running and did a wonderful job. She was personable and pleasant and helped us through the financing as well. We would recommend Heat and Cool to everyone!

The tecnician showed as scheduled and did the work needed. I am a bit concerned where the water drainage will run out - winter coldness (ice) being near my front door/sidewalk. I was told someone would come back the following week for the furnace check-up - this was the first week of March. It's now the end of March and I am still waiting to hear from them. I'll have to call them and hope they return my call.
First time came right out had no heat fixed the problem second time my furnace wouldn’t shut off came right out in like 2 hours and fixed the problem
