This is our third installation with HVAC Trust and their installer, Jacky. He has done a furnace installation, tankless water heater and a tank water heater. Jacky is a consummate professional, very knowledgeable, cleans up after the job, friendly and eager to provide answers to any questions we have had. The front office is very efficient from start to finish. We would recommend them for any HVAC requirements.
I'm running into problems with the A/C unit 3 days after installation. They started to avoid calls, including the owner. They will take your money but offer no after sales service.
