Called in to get my mother seen on phone for 1/2 hour. Said they would not be able to see her to send her in for a urine. So I did they made her set for 21/2 hours. Ridiculous not happy!
Dr. Heasley and the entire staff of doctors, nurses, office personnel have always been kind and respectful. Knowledgeable and very dedicated to mine and my husbands care! Always very thorough when we have appointments! And answers all my questions, which I can say sometimes are more the enough!
Extremely poor in the ability to get through to the office. You will sit on hold forever until you get frustrated and hang up. I would not recommend this office.
Dr. Heasley himself is great but his staff is terrible. They continually call in the refill on incorrect prescriptions, or call in prescriptions so late in the day when I'm sick that I have to make special trips out at night to pick them up. I have to repeatedly call to make sure I am receiving the appropriate medication. If I didn't live somewhere with limited options I would find a new doctor.
