My visit to San Jose, CA facility of Hearing Aid Center was very pleasant from start to finish, which was little over an hour. My wife and I were warmly greeted by Patient Care Coordinator Sandra Alcazar who took care of the paperwork and answering all our questions. We then met the Audiology Specialist Ms.Rashideh who introduced herself and led us to the hearing test area. Rashideh was very professional and personable we instantly struck rapport with her. Rasheedha has been helping us with the device. She is talented and extremely personable. She answered the questions with patience. We are glad we found hearing life. Dad is able to get his hearing back. We will definitely come back to hearing life.
