Heartwood pruned our giant Ash and Honey Locust trees last fall. Communication with Adam was easy, the crew showed up when promised, did a great job pruning the trees and cleaned up the area perfectly. They climbed the trees which was impressive to watch, and far less disruptive than past companies that rolled big equipment through the yard. I couldn't be happier. They also returned this summer to trim up a branch that needed a little extra attention. I will work with them again!
We have been using Heartwood for removal, trimming, pruning, and insect treatment for several years, and they are terrific. They are responsive, courteous, well-informed, on time, and always make sure we are satisfied with their completed work. Our ash tree was in a bad state due to borers, and with the treatments they have provided every two years, it is now a gloriously tall and full tree. Highly recommend this company.
Wow!! I wasn't sure what to expect when I was told of this service by a neighbor. I signed up and figured, "Well, if I get some, COOL." The process couldn't have worked better for me. Yes, there were leaves and sticks in it (it WAS just in tree form earlier that day) but those disappear fairly quickly. Heartwood did a great job for me! I had a large tree come down in storms. An arborist came and planned what needed to be done. They set up a watering system so arborvitae and shrubs planted got water regularly in this hot and dry summer. I am disabled, so them coming to my home for plans and watering system was very important to me, and not offered by company I had worked with in the past.price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
Amazing points: Communications, Knowledge, Friendly and Polite team members. Reasonably priced for an excellent service.
