Garrett and his crew do an amazing job - show up when they say they will, clean up afterwards, and take great care of our trees.
We had an overgrown lot that felt cramped and unhealthy. Heartwood did an incredible job bringing it back under control. During the initial review of our property it was obvious that Brent was knowledgeable, thoughtful about the health of the trees, and clearly cared about doing things the right way. His crew did a great job. Our property looks so much better now. We’re extremely grateful for their hard work and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a skilled, trustworthy arborist.
There's so many great things about Heartwood, first of which is they didn't pressure me for a review during or after service. It was never a consideration. They let the work speak for itself. I didn't realize it at the time, but 2 of my 3 service dates were with the co-owners themselves which I found really refreshing. They didn't make a big deal out of it. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. They completed the job in just over 1/2 a day and the yard looks phenomenal. Would definitely recommend.
We sought several bids on having our trees and shrubs trimmed and pruned. We were most impressed with Heartwood's knowledge of the different varieties, how to trim each kind according to habit and future growth, and when to trim them. The price quoted for the work was broken out in the bid. Compared to other bids, we considered it fair, with the bonus of their horticultural expertise and the advice.
