These men are amazing at what they do. The lack of greed and profit motive at this place is very clear and they truly do love and care for every person in an individual sense. The counselors are top notch and are very educated on their profession. The Recovery advocates are professional and very knowledgeable about what it takes to get people sober. They have literal chefs cooking the food, which is amazing, and the staff treat you as much like equals as could be afforded by a treatment center; teaching, spending time with clients, engaging in fellowship opportunities, and they actually care about you. Heartwood is in my opinion is the best recovery treatment. Their personal approach to recovery is awesome. They not only teach you about the 12 steps but also help you learn more about yourself and why your in the position you find yourself in. While there you begin to build a fellowship not only with your peers,but also with the staff. You have a real care team working with you 24/7. Amazing recovery center! Everything about Heartwood was great including the staff, program, and facilities. Felt welcome from day 1 and made a huge positive impact on my life. Shout out to Nick, Luke, Dan, Kemar, and Grant!
