I’ve now collected a number of pieces from Scott at Heartwood Designs, and they’re all amazingly beautiful and useful. Cuttings boards! Wow what amazing gifts those make for special friends and family members! Striking to look at, and so useful on a daily basis, they’re a constant reminder of the love that went into crafting them and also gifting them! ….and far more affordable than so many options from lesser artisans. Heartwood Designs ATX did a great job repairing my teak swim platform on my boat. Especially when it was difficult to find someone to do the repairs in the first place. Looks great and was done in record time!
Did Christmas shopping with Scott in June 2024! Amazing!! Got an incredibly beautiful butcher block cutting board (from me to me), a fairy house for my daughter-in-law who absolutely loves it (yeah I already gave it to her …), a wooden cutting knife that was like nothing I’ve ever seen (yep gave it to my sister already - what can I say - she’s and incredible baker and she just needed it sooner). Have order 5 more knives for other family members, a Thor’s hammer for oldest son and D&D panels with dice tray for youngest son. S... read more
