The receptionist (possibly of Indian background, though I’m not certain) was extremely rude and unprofessional!! I had made an appointment in advance and received text message confirmations. The receptionist initially denied that I had an appointment and stated that no booking under my name. After I showed her the confirmation message, she then claimed that the appointment could not proceed because I needed to complete an ECG beforehand. A realy great place with such lovely helpful people. All tests are professional. Stress test staff are wonderful and .make your feel relaxed
