Horrendous experience. After being promised results after 1 day it’s been 1 month and my GP still doesn’t have results. Do not ever book with HeartWest particularly Hoppers Crossing. Between my GP receptionist and myself there's been 10 phone calls across multiple days and still do not have the full results sent to my GP.

Dr Sangrita and Dr Da Tee were wonderful. Made ne feel very comfortable as I was very uptight They were very professional and caring I cannot fault them attitude . I was extremely pleased with the way I was attended too. Thank you both
Dr Bashir, the ECG technician, and the office staff at HeartWest were exceptional during my appointment today. I was treated with care and respect. Everything as explained very clearly. I thoroughly recommend Heart West if you need a cardiac consultation.
