I had a Heartscan and the actual scan was fine. They were supposed to fax to my Dr and they had her listed on the report. It did NOT get sent and 1/2 the info regarding phone and fax was wrong. I made 4 phone calls that took 1 hour and 37 minutes to do what should have taken 3 minutes. I was transferred 3 times and the last woman was the rudest most unprofessional person. Ever. Charged me $100 for a Cardiac Calcium Scan (Feb 2024). Only took about 5 mins total. The hardest part was just getting there from the parking garage.
Very easy process from scheduling to getting the test completed. Very friendly staff & nice facilities
Not 100$ they want more, false advertising!
