Very informative with caring health professionals. My knowledge regarding adult hearing loss was very limited. But the health care professionals who worked with me were patient, informative and kind. A lot of information is disseminated at an initial appointment, and Dr. Kim was amazing. Needing to review many repetitive instructions, Dr. Kim and her assistant health professionals were extremely patient and thorough with their explanations. Our preemie baby boy has had 2 hearing screenings at Hearts for Hearing. They were absolutely wonderful with him both times! I highly recommend their services. Each person I came in contact with from the front desk, to our audiologist to our speech pathologist, they were all friendly, professional and most importantly compassionate and have a true love for the kids.
Great people who truly care about helping families and children. My son has been going here since he was 5 months old for hearing loss, we get ear molds and see his audiologist on a regular basis. No complaints.
