RecommendedThey are very compassionate and caring, however we were a bit let down when we received a "generic" condolence card from them. Although it was hand written, it didn't even mention our dog's name, or even what kind of pet we had. I kept all the other cards I received from friends, and the very special one we received from the vet, but just dropped the one from HC the trash.
Heart's Companion treated my family and our little Joe Joe with such respect and compassion. We can't thank you enough for your kindness. Dr. Green coming into our home for Joe's final moments made it even more meaningful. The staff was kind when we picked him up and showed such compassion. What a great service Hearts Companion offers.
You guys were so kind and helpful to my mom and dad when my "little sister" Holly had to be put to sleep. Everyone that we came in contact with was so kind and heartfelt. Thank you so much for making such a difficult time a little bit easier for my family.
We are blessed to have you here. Thank you for all you do. Your care of Fuji was so comforting at a time of our loss and pain .
Love what you folks do. It means so much to me to be able to bring my four legged kids home. They don't get to be here for my whole life but I will forever treasure my memories that my critters leave behind. Thank you for all you do.
