The vet came to my house in January 2018, thoroughly explained the process, answered all questions/concerns & respected the time I needed in order to move from one step to the next. As hard as it was, the compassion received from the vet helped make the situation easier for me to accept & understand that I was making the best decision for Molly who was 18 years old & very fragile. The vet then delivered Molly to Heart's Companion who called me to let me know Molly had arrived. I decided to have Molly cremated & was able to p... read more
Went to Scraps Pet Food on Baring today for the free paw print table they had set up, had never heard of Heart's Companion before, and discovered an at-home euthanasia company, as well as a wonderful place for grieving pet owners, along with some helpful advice, and got the paw print done- of course- and they even had a table where you could decorate it up with some fun ornaments and stamps to imprint the name or whatever you wanted for the plaque. As far as the cremation services go, they are very kind and do a wonderful job at making a difficult time a little easier. I am curious about the in-home euthanasia services though. Who is the vet?
Hearts Companion turned a grave situation into the best experiance any pet owner could ask for. I had Dr.Ullrich come to my home for an in-home euthanasia. She was compassionate and kind. She sat with me until I was ready each step of the way and even after until it was time to say goodbye. In the office, each employee is just as kind and compassionate. I couldnt thank you enough for the services provided.
How wonderful to be welcomed & treated like family by Heart's Companion. Thank you so much for helping us through such a difficult time.
My Beautiful Toya Mae! ..... I got her cremated at The Heart's Companion Pet Crematorium. I couldn't part from her and brought her back home. She's resting in peace with her ashes in a cedar box. The people there are so real with compassion and understanding of somebody losing a family pet. Christa on Friday and Julie on Monday, I truly appreciate them two with helping me through my transition of Toya's remains. Toya's name is on the box with her [ D.O.B.- D.O.D.]🐾🐾 locked with keys. A certificate of her passing, a clay mo... read more
