I called to let the office know that I would not be available for Saturday, and find out that I was taken off the schedule without notice. I followed protocol but that same process was not followed to me.

Very professional and organized. Aids were always on time as expected. Competitive pricing when compared to other businesses. Were always able to fill in for missing times. Were able to feed though a G-tube, drive us to appointments, perform pet care, do minor chores around house, and help as necessary. Nurse training of aides to make sure they do the medical needs properly. Fully insured and those who drove had driver licenses and insurance. Easy to use website. I have been working with Hearts at Home since 2021 when my mom was hospitalized with kidney stones and needed extra support at home after that. They first provided great round the clock care and then a wonderful caregiver Courtney. When Courtney had to move out of state, they found a good match for mom in April. April is sent from heaven. For the past three years, I’ve had the good fortune to have a caregiving company that listens and understands my octogenarian mother’s needs, and mine as well. It wasn’t always that way. I can not say enough good about Hearts at Home. They cared for mom during the late stages of her dementia and were so attentive to her needs and worked in unisom with the hospice nurses and aids when they were there at the same time. Elba was a care giver for mom and she new mom was a retired teacher and she would sit next to her bed and read to her - my heart just melted the 1st time I saw her do that for her. It's the small touches that set Hearts at Home Senior Care apart from the others.
