My son bought a flower for his dates wrist for semi and the petals were all brown. They replaced for him but the lady was so rude and awful when we went to go pick it up. Won't be back.
Very disappointed with service,especially at Valentine Day! Flowers booked two weeks in advance and fail to show up. The delivery was approximately a block away in the city. The worker was not apologetic and showed no intention to problem solve. Will not be using the service again as this was unacceptable!
great service and fair price
As a flower shop owner & on the island for a family funeral I was asked to make the casket spray. The staff of Hearts and Flowers were kind & helpful as I chose the flowers I needed. Their flowers were beautiful, shop inviting, and staff extremely welcoming. I highly recommend Hearts and Flowers
