Very disappointed with service,especially at Valentine Day! Flowers booked two weeks in advance and fail to show up. The delivery was approximately a block away in the city. The worker was not apologetic and showed no intention to problem solve. Will not be using the service again as this was unacceptable!

As a flower shop owner & on the island for a family funeral I was asked to make the casket spray. The staff of Hearts and Flowers were kind & helpful as I chose the flowers I needed. Their flowers were beautiful, shop inviting, and staff extremely welcoming. I highly recommend Hearts and Flowers

My brother sent a lovely bunch of roses to my mum right after Christmas. Sadly after only 3 days, all but one were droopy and the petals started to fall. I get that cut flowers don' t last forever but you kind of expect more than 3 days for that kind of money. Mum keeps saying how sad she is about it as the one remaining flower continues to look sweet in the bud vase i moved it to
