It is not a good thing if the non-profit organizations choose to not attempt to save an animals life unless they are financially benefited. They put pressure on me telling me to put my animal to sleep and refused to use their exempt status as a way to help. It was a bad experience. I would be curious to look up salaries since it should be public record.
I love this place first time going and The vet staff team is amazing love how the prices are not sky high to the point people that don't have the funds cant get seen or afford anything <3 thank you for that will forever be our vet !
We cannot thank Dr. Costa and her entire team enough for saving our dog, Sharky. From the very beginning, they treated us with compassion, honesty, and genuine care during one of the most stressful moments of our lives. The initial staff who greeted us were kind. The issue was entirely with a different staff member who came outside while we were waiting and immediately questioned why we were late. I understand appointment policies and was completely willing to wait. What was unnecessary was her tone and demeanor.
