Christa, is compassionate, caring and easy to work with. She made my first personal functional medicine experience user-friendly and simplified; broken down into reasonable doable steps. I was looking for new psychiatric help upon moving to SLO and figured it would take several tries with different people to find one that fit. I didn’t know that on the first try, I’d find probably the best I’ve had -of the many- It’s rare to find one with such compassion, warmth and empathy. Christa is great and has helped me profoundly through my mental health journey. The bar is set remarkably high now for the psychiatric help I know I deserve.
