What a nightmare dealing with this place. Tests were ordered and done for my heart palpitations and there has been no effort to contact me about the results. My Dr. is on leave and I guess there is no one else to follow up on the tests.. I have called and talked to staff and sent e-mails and no follow-up. I just do not understand how a business like this can stay in business. Go elsewhere if you value your health.
I waited on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever picked up. I sent a message online, still have not heard from them. What gives?
RecommendedFor me it started with Dr. Michael Mitchell, and he was excellent. He retired and Dr. Alisa Thamwiwat is his replacement. She is excellent and very capable. She referred me to Dr. Michael Eifling electrophysiologist who just performed an ablation procedure. It was sucessful and I feel the best I ever felt. It is like a new lease on life. I suffered with this svt for 60+ yrs. wish I had found Heart place decades ago. Forever grateful John McCollum. jcmccollum52@gmail.com
