Well I have to say that our experience did not start well yesterday. We were told to be at my wife's appointment thirty minutes early in case of paperwork. We were shown back to our room promptly...then proceeded to wait for two hours before seeing her doctor. I have to say that we were both pretty upset by this. We found out, when we finally asked what the hold up was, that her doctor had been called over to the hospital. This made it a bit easier to deal with.
