The team at Heartlite Hospice is one in a million! Cody and Misty were wonderful to answer all the questions and concerns we had about hospice.
I cannot say enough great things about this group of "Angels". They came to our family at a time of crisis and Dad was very ill. They not only helped Dad but our whole family. An extra special shout out to Haley Stacey, Hayley Roach, Stephanie Lowry, Cody Truelove, another RN that came to see us (I want to say Heather) and Brian the Chaplain. I must say I have never met a more caring team. Cody, Heather, Stephanie, Shelly ,Tracy, Brian, yall were on point. Even on Heather's day off, even at 1am. We couldn't have done this without y'all. Keep doing what your doing because y'all make a difference and most importantly " you care" i thank each and everyone on you from the bottom of my heart
