Many praises for this wonderful service!! From Sue in customer service who explained everything to our driver, Jose, who was kind, thoughtful and on time! Our experience was stress-free and perfect. Highly recommend them for your wheelchair bound family members.

Excellent ride - Excellent service !! Jose' was the absolute best - couldn't ask for a better driver Polite - knowledgeable and just a wonderful young man !! Great service. Sue was very patient when I had to change my trip schedule twice because of changes to my procedure at the hospital. Driver was courteous and ride was pleasant. Highly recommended.

Fantastic in every way!! I recently moved to this area from out of state and needed transport to a medical procedure that required light anesthesia. The hospital would not allow me to use a taxi, Lift, Uber, etc., I had to have a driver that would go into the facility with me and sign as my driver. I contacted several places, none were available and one never called me back. I was given Heartline Transport information from a user online and I gave them a call.
