Building process was smooth with great communication and pictures sent along the way. Before our one year warranty was up, they called well in advance to remind us so we could look for things that might need fixing at the last minute before the warranty was up. That’s good, honest service.
I will start out by first saying there were a few bumps in the road during my home buying process, but the whole Hayden Team worked really hard to address and fix every one of my concerns. I wanted to purchase a home. We never got a timeline so we couldnt plan our lives or stay in limbo. We found another home. Very poor sales customer service and communication.
