Definitely not satisfied with Heartland....placed an order (2 prescriptions) paid for next air....it's 4 days later and still no meds. Sue the customer service rep was rude and unprofessional. The website indicated a compound they could make.... 3 days later I received a call saying they could not compound the prescription.... although it indicates "available" on their website....in the meantime my pup is going without medicine. Thanks for a truly terrible experience.
Customer service excellent. When my fur baby passed away, they sent me a card. They were one of only a few online that carried what I needed. 100% recommend
Buyer beware! Don’t order from here if you need a prescription quickly. Their policy…which they don’t put on the website, is to send a few emails to the vet and wait for a response. After a week is when they may call the vet. As a first time buyer I didn’t know this so I told my vet to expect a call…not an email which is likely to get lost or sent to a spam folder as a vet clinic is busy.
