Ordered on 2/18 and vet office said they approved on 2/18. On 2/24 still not shipped. CS told me RX sent to CA pharmacy on 2/23. On 2/24 after 5pm still not shipped. I called and left a message to ship or cancel order. Order was cancelled. They do have a responsive CS dept so I gave an extra star.
I think this company tries hard, but their customer service is lacking. They would rather lose sales than to admit they made a mistake. I've had to call almost every month for a year, or they will send my dog's three RXs in three separate envelopes and charge me three times for shipping. Their software should be set up to do that automatically. Three weeks ago they sent me an email saying their license to ship to my state had expired. Put an order in on Black Friday. Long story short, they canceled the order without sending anything or contacting me, because a manager apparently didnt read the notes I was told. We had several back and forth phone calls because it was issue after issue. They will resend everything, but won't match the sale price I had before. I would have bought elsewhere a month ago. Like another user wrote, I also mailed them prescriptions and received nothing. I called them after a couple weeks, and they said they received the prescription, but even though their site let me order a certain amount of product, I was told I couldnt order that much. No one called me, nothing was shipped, they just waited for me to ask about my order.
