I ordered Churu Nourish for my cat who is recovering from a respiratory infection and is not eating well. He loves the Churu treats and they arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Very happy to have found this website.

Definitely not satisfied with Heartland....placed an order (2 prescriptions) paid for next air....it's 4 days later and still no meds. Sue the customer service rep was rude and unprofessional. The website indicated a compound they could make.... 3 days later I received a call saying they could not compound the prescription.... although it indicates "available" on their website....in the meantime my pup is going without medicine. Thanks for a truly terrible experience.
