Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. best vet clinic around customer service is top notch, they really make you feel like family. My animals enjoy their visits there and their care is supreme. our pets are their priority!
Pets are important At Heartland Veterinary Care they know that your pets are important to you and your family and they treat you that way. When I first took my puppy, Billy, to their facility, they made over him like he was my baby. Which, at that time he certainly was my baby. They take special care to make sure that you understand what you need to do to help your pets live longer and happier lives. The staff has always been exceptional.
CARE is the key word here. Dr. Seiler did an excellent job with my 15-year-old Maltese/Poodle mix making sure I clearly understood both the procedure and prognosis. After just a short time I'm convinced that he sincerely cares for our pets which is the first priority that I look for in a veterinarian/clinic.
