URGENT CARE IS BAD HERE! Receptionist don't speak when you come in. They DON'T even look at you NOTHING. Customer service needs to be 100% better. Especially when you're dealing with the public and this health care. Some things should just be common sense! And everybody should want and expect good customer service. Providers are Great! It's the others. MA acted as if she has a problem with every acute issue of care that was coming in. Did you speak to your PCP... WELL IF I COULD I WOULDNT BE HERE.
