Beware of service, I purchased a new 2022 vechile from them along with there service package. When. I took the car in for the 5k maintenance I was told that don't do a oil change until 10k. When I took it in for the 10k they told me they rotated the tires along with other service. When I left I noticed they indeed didn't rotate the tires and the service recommended oil change at 5k. Based on false information provided by a Heartland Toyota service rep who told us our original Toyota Care Plan which we purchased with the car had expired, we purchased a second ********* (Heartland) service contract. We were told it would save us much money for upcoming services. Without having the original service contract in hand (and which Heartland said they could not find a record of), we took their word and paid ****** for a new service contract. I brought my vehicle in for it's regularly scheduled (free because i bought the car from them) oil change (2nd one) at around 7:30am. I didn't get out of there until 12:30pm and here's why: I knew it would take an hour, hour and a half to do the job so i just waited. About 3 1/2 - 4 hours in, i was approached by one of the employees that informed me that the drain hole in my oil pan was all stripped out and wouldn't take the plug at all. Horrible company, not trustworthy puts run down cars on lot and way overcharges people. a 6,000 car that is now a 11,000 car just scrap metal. Never finds problems until after the warranty expires. DO NOT TRUST.

All of our cars go through an extensive safety check before they are placed on the lot for sale. We also have a 3 month / 3,000 mile warranty that comes on every used car that's eligible. For the ones that aren't eligible we offer a service contract for an additional cost. We're terribly sorry that you experienced problems with your car.
