Very disappointed with the service I received for my 2028 Toyota Avalon. We bought the Avalon brand new from Heartland and have had all of maintenance service with them since day one. This is why I am so disappointed in Heartland and with Toyota in general. The issue that occurred was a water leak from the sunroof that ended up soaking the front passenger floor.
